Purchaser Information
Our policy is to ship product to the
purchaser's billing address. When purchasing product we collect the purchaser's name,
telephone, ACH banking information, shipping address, and email. Additionally, we collect a
first and last name of each of your cardholders. Once received, banking information is
encrypted and retained by WiredBenefits Incorporated and all other information is retained
as well as passed on to our fulfillment facility for order processing. We reserve the right
to contact you for any reason regarding your order. We also use your email address to send
you an order confirmation. Our "Opt-in" feature allows you to be made aware of
new products and services. Under no circumstances do we sell, trade, or rent purchaser
or cardholder personal information to others.
Registrant Information
To ensure quality customer service, we
request that a cardholder register their card(s) with WiredBenefits Incorporated. If the
registrant voluntarily registers, then we collect the registrant's name, street address, and
a telephone number.
The registrant's telephone number is used
for card activation and ensures proper cardholder identification. The registrant may
"Opt-in" to receive information about promotions pertaining to card usage. We
reserve the right to contact the recipient for any reason regarding use of the card.
Under no circumstances do we sell, trade, or rent registrant's personal information
to others.
PrepaidHealthcare MasterCard® Information
PrepaidHealthcare MasterCard®
information collected is used to bill the purchaser for purchase of products and services.
This information is used only when verifying a purchaser's purchase for a specific order.
Transmission of the prepaid card number is encrypted to and from the purchaser's browser and
to and from our third party credit card authorizer. The number of the prepaid card you use
on our site is not stored in our servers or databases. Our site uses the industry standard
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts all information prior to being submitted to us.
Use of IP Addresses
When you visit our site, we log and use your
IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your
IP address is also used to identify your purchase transaction and to deter fraud.
Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of
information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies enable
us to store content specific to your interest or items in your shopping cart between visits
to our Web site. Most Web browsers have the option to disable cookies should you not want them.
